An arch that is different from the others

Negrelli viaduct, the second oldest bridge in Prague, has a total of 87 arches. One of them, however, stands out. Arch 36 is glazed and offers facilities for cultural and social events.

As early as 2012, the Railway Administration wanted to reconstruct the viaduct; at that time, architect Yvette Vašourková and Igor Kovačevičem from the studio CCEA MOBA tried to push for the meaningful use of the arches. After many years, the arch is fully utilized and it is even possible to rent it.
